From July to September Snowball Expeditions will be running life changing treks taking you along the historical, awe inspiring Nepalese route to base camp Everest.
Whether you’re a group or an individual this expedition allows you to work together – to challenge yourselves and to do something quite extraordinary with your lives. You will need to be in good health with a thirst for adventure.
Using only professional guides and local Sherpa’s your journey will take you from the busy city of Kathmandu and will fly you across the Himalayan Mountains to 2800 metres and to the start point of the trek itself. The trail goes through small friendly villages, entering forests and crossing fast flowing rivers. As you step into the clouds you find that this is only just the beginning.
Snowball expeditions interest in trekking to Everest base camp also helps to support the local schools on route. Each person we take to this incredible place allows us to donate money towards building projects and schemes to aid the children’s education. We also encourage everybody involved in the treks to take time and visit the schools to meet the teachers and children.
This whole experience is a great opportunity to see Everest, to interact with the communities on route and to immerse yourself in the awe inspiring scenery that is the Himalayas.
